We welcome everyone to join us for what is sure to be another amazing event!
All proceeds benefit a little girl named Mattingly Hope Spinner. Mattie was born April 3, 2011, 9 weeks premature. Mattie defied all odds and was born 15 weeks after her mom’s water broke. At 3 weeks of age Mattie was diagnosed with a brain injury called PVL and at 8 months old was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Mattie can not stand or walk on her own. The therapies that are working for her are not covered by insurance. All proceeds raised from this event will go directly to Mattie’s therapies and medical expenses. Registration
There are 2 ways to register for this event!
You can register and pay online through PayPal. Please make sure you specify your handicap when registering online.
You can also register by mail by printing out the registration form. All registrations done by mail must be postmarked by October 17, 2016
Fees
Single Player $85
Foursome $340
This includes a complete day of golf including range balls, greens fees, cart, banquet dinner, and a player gift bag
Even if you are not a golfer, you can join us for the Banquet Dinner that will take place at 5:45, after the tournament.

Tournament Information
Format
4-Man Scramble
Field Size:
22 Foursomes
Team Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded to the 1st Gross, 1st and 2nd Net Finishers.
Handicap:
Teams will be given 10% of the total cumulative team handicap of its individual members. The maximum individual handicap is 30 for males, 40 for females

2015 Hope for Mattie Charity Golf Tournament
The Hope for Mattie Charity Golf Tournament was an amazing success! We raised over $8,000 for Mattie. With the money raised, we were able to get Mattie’s new leg braces, fund 52 therapy sessions! We owe a HUGE thank you to all those that participated, volunteered, sponsored and donated. We are forever grateful for your generosity. Mattie’s success is a direct reflection of your support. Thanks for being on her team!
