We welcome everyone to join us for what is sure to be another amazing event!
All proceeds benefit a young lady named Mattingly Hope Spinner. Mattie was born April 3, 2011, nine weeks premature. Mattie defied all odds and was born 15 weeks after her mom’s water broke. At 3 weeks of age Mattie was diagnosed with a brain injury called PVL and at 8 months old was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Mattie can not walk on her own. The therapies that are working for her are not covered by insurance. All proceeds raised from this event will go directly to Mattie’s therapies and medical expenses. Golf Tournament Registration
Two Ways to Register:
Online Registration: Register and pay easily through our online form. You can choose to register for golf, purchase dinner tickets, or sign up as a sponsor—all from the same form.

Mail-In Registration: Print and complete the registration form. Mail it to us, postmarked by October 17, 2025.

Fees:
Single Player: $125
Foursome: $500 (includes range balls, greens fees, cart, banquet dinner, and player gift bag)
Dinner Only: Join us for the Banquet Dinner at 5:30 PM after the tournament for $40
Tournament Information
Format
4-Man Scramble
Field Size:22 Foursomes
Team Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded to the 1st Gross, 1st and 2nd Net Finishers.
Handicap:
Teams will be given 10% of the total cumulative team handicap of its individual members. The maximum individual handicap is 30 for males, 40 for females
